Jira and similar tools were designed around team reporting, which means sprint planning, story points and velocity charts arrive whether or not anyone benefits from them. Projectifier keeps tasks, priority and documentation in one place, where a Linear plus Notion plus Miro setup splits them across three. That split is why documentation rots: updating context in a separate app is friction, so it does not happen, and the notes drift out of date. Projectifier also differs in how it orders work. Linear and Trello show you a board, and you decide what matters. Projectifier calculates what matters from your blocker relationships and puts it at the top.

Projectifier is built for individuals first, which makes it a fit for solo developers, freelancers, founders and anyone running their own projects. Most project tools are designed for teams and then thinned down for solo use, which is why single users inherit rituals that only make sense for a group with a manager to report to. Projectifier ranks tasks by leverage, meaning how much other work each one unblocks. A task that clears the way for six others scores higher than one that finishes a dead end, even when the dead end feels more urgent. The ranking updates automatically as dependencies change, and the highest-leverage work appears at the top of Today View. Leverage scoring is included on the Adaptive plan at £3 a month.

In Projectifier you mark which tasks block which, and the system follows the chain to calculate cascading impact. A task sitting three levels down still counts towards the priority of everything it holds up, so the real bottleneck surfaces rather than staying buried. Blocker dependencies are the mechanism behind leverage scoring, and they are available on the free plan.

Area Emergence is a Projectifier feature that spots patterns across your tasks and suggests groupings you had not noticed. It only ever suggests. It does not move, merge or reorganise anything on its own, and it never forces a decision. The design principle is AI-augmented rather than AI-dependent, which means structure emerges from your actual habits instead of a folder hierarchy you invented on day one and stopped believing in by week three. Area Emergence is included on the Adaptive plan.

Projectifier has a free plan that stays free, plus two paid tiers: Adaptive at £3 a month and Private at £10 a month. Free includes unlimited tasks, quick capture, Today View and blocker dependencies, with a cap on projects and areas. Adaptive adds unlimited projects and areas, leverage scoring, Area Emergence and personalised AI clustering. Private adds a private fine-tuned AI model, advanced area emergence and early access to new features. All plans are billed monthly in GBP and can be cancelled at any time.

Projectifier is in active beta, and the core is live: quick capture, Today View with leverage scoring, project and area views, and blocker relationships with weighted leverage. Data is server-authoritative and built on SvelteKit, PostgreSQL and Google Cloud Platform, so persistence is not the rough edge. Expect changes to the interface and rapid feature additions instead.
